Theia ("the app") is operated by ESolutions Group. Theia is an openly AI astrologer — a character with a personality and a voice of her own. Her readings are generated by artificial intelligence, grounded in real astronomical computation of your birth chart and the current sky. She does not pretend to be human.
Theia offers reflection, perspective, and entertainment. Astrology cannot establish facts about other people's thoughts or guarantee future events, and Theia will tell you so herself. Nothing in the app is medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Decisions remain yours. If you are in crisis, the app will point you toward real-world support — please use it.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Theia. You sign in with Apple and must provide accurate birth details for your chart. You're responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account (and all its data) at any time in Settings.
The daily reading, your chart, the sky calendar, and a daily allowance of conversation are free. The Watch membership adds ongoing conversation, watch notes when something real touches your chart, and continuity — Theia remembering the context you choose to keep. "Ongoing conversation" means genuinely generous human use; we may apply fair-use limits to automated or abusive volumes.
Memberships are auto-renewing subscriptions billed by Apple through your App Store account — Apple's price, renewal, and cancellation mechanics apply, and you can cancel anytime in your App Store settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. One-time readings ("Passages"), when offered, are consumable purchases delivered into your account's Past readings.
You own what you write to Theia. You grant us the license needed to process it — to compute, respond, and (only with your approval) remember. The app, its readings' form, names, marks, and design are ours or our licensors'; don't copy, resell, or scrape them.
Don't abuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to extract models or data, no automated bulk access, no harassment of the systems or use that harms others. We may suspend accounts that do.
We work hard on accuracy of the astronomy and quality of the writing, but the service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or removes rights that consumer law in your country of residence guarantees you.
We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be posted with a new date, and continued use means acceptance. You can stop using Theia at any time; deleting your account ends the agreement.
